We're pretty excited about getting married, but decided to forgo an engagement party and photo session since our life is pretty much one big party and we got to take pics with these folks the week we got engaged:

Breaking Drums

I find this endlessly amusing, or, at least amusing for the next seven hours.

Andrew W.K. is currently attempting to break the world record for drumming. He's gotta play for 24 hours straight. There's a live stream. I already have to go to the bathroom.

Party Hard, Stay Thirsty

When something is called The Most Interesting Show in the World, naturally you're going to be skeptical. But last night's show at the House of Blues, hosted by rocker-slash-partier Andrew W.K. and presented by, you guessed it, Dos Equis (who brought us The Most Interesting Man in the World), was pretty damn interesting and entertaining. High energy song and dance numbers mixed with, well, lets just call them various carnival acts. Not bad for a free event with free beer!
